Open every day from 05.30am to 11.00pm - cardio-tonic machine circuit room
Personnel are on hand from 09.00am to 09:00pm - beauty treatments area and Roman Bath

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO THE HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTRE, EVEN IF ACCOMPANIED BY ADULTS

Open every day from 09:00am to 08.00pm (during the summer period).
Children under 16 years of age are allowed if accompanied by their parents
